The City of Winkler offers a variety of green spaces for you to enjoy. There are quiet places to just sit and enjoy the fresh air. For those looking to get out and be active, there are many kilometers of trails in Winkler for walking and running. The newly completed Stanley Community Pathway provides a paved route for walking and biking between Winkler and Morden.

Bethel Heritage Park is a beautiful place to escape the rush and enjoy a peaceful stroll or some quiet time. As you walk along the connected paths, you are surrounded by beauty. From flowers to trees to the water fountain focal point, the park is a welcome escape from busy life.

The park is also host to a variety of events throughout the year, from music in the summer to tree lighting in the winter.

In August, Winkler Parkland is home to the Harvest Festival, with a great lineup of Canadian and international artists performing on the Triple E Stage.

The Winkler Park is a well-treed green space located close to the RCU Aquatic Centre, Meridian Exhibition Centre, and the Winkler Art Gallery. It features three picnic shelters available for reservation as well as two playgrounds.
